Delivery method
Orders in Hong Kong
1. After the customer places an order, we will call and confirm the order and delivery arrangements within one working day. On the day before delivery is made, and on the day of delivery, we will contact you again to confirm the time. In general, delivery can be made within 2 working days after the order is confirmed by us.
2. We provide local delivery services to Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories, covering all types of buildings, including residential and commercial. Delivery charges are as follows:

| Adverse Weather | ||
| 1. In the event of adverse weather, deliveries may be delayed or affected. When necessary, our staff will contact you for alternate delivery arrangements. | ||
| 2. Our delivery service will be suspended entirely under No. 8 typhoon or black rainstorm warnings. Our designated staff will contact you for alternate delivery arrangements as and when appropriate. | ||

Notes:
(N1) Deliveries: Our normal delivery time is 9am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday. Please call to discuss your requirements for deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. We will make our best effort based on our resources. An additional $100 charge will apply.
(N2) Delivery during busy seasons: We recommend placing orders at least 3 days in advance to ensure the selected items are available and we can arrange for timely delivery.
