Bank deposits
Please deposit the total amount 3 business days before the delivery date according to the following bank details. Please mark the order number on the deposit slip, and fax to (852) 2504 0496 or e-mail to “sales@jameswongflorist.com”.
If payment is not received within 2 business days, the order will be cancelled and we will notify you by email.

Many e-mail services are available, and e-mail client software has filters to block spam, but our customers tell us that many times, these filters also block legitimate messages, such as those we send to you. To ensure that you receive all emails, order confirmations and dispatch emails we send you, follow these recommendations:
– Add sales@jameswongflorist.com to your address book
-Avoid webmail accounts such as yahoo.com, hotmail.com, sina.com, 163.com etc.
– Check any folders named Junk, Spam, Filtered/Blocked, even in the Trash/Junk Folder. If you see our email here, please mark it as “non-spam” or “report as non-spam”. You can use the email account service (Yahoo!) , Hotmail, Gmail, etc.) provides features to do this.

If the customer insists on changing the delivery address or ordering the goods, please contact our customer service representative by email. No changes will be accepted after the order is placed. Whenever you change an order, the estimated delivery date is affected.
Registering on our website will make your purchase easier and faster. Each time you log on to our website, you can view all relevant account information, such as contact address, order history and member area page. You can edit or update this information at any time. All member information is private and for more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You will also receive our electronic communications and will be entitled to participate in our special membership privileges and discounts over time.
To register, simply provide your name, email address and password of your choice. You can fill in the rest of your account information in your spare time.
Under normal circumstances, the goods will be delivered within a few days. You can check the status of your order by calling our hotline at 2861 2216 (Monday to Saturday: 9am-6pm) or by emailing us sales@jameswongflorist.com.
Unless your online purchase order is confirmed by the “Order Confirmation” on our website, our website will not be deemed to have accepted any online purchase order. If you have not received an order confirmation and your credit card account has been charged, please email us with the order number shown in the order confirmation. Upon receipt of your email, we will contact you the next business day to follow up on your case.
