Delivery<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm HKT. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cancellations<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Order cancellations must be requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Product Variation<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As flowers are natural products, slight variations in colour, size, and bloom stage may occur. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refund Policy<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your bouquet arrives with visible quality issues, please photograph the flowers and contact us within 2 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
