The salary is competitive and based on experience. Benefits include performance incentives, staff discounts on flowers and gifts, paid annual leave, and statutory holidays in accordance with Hong Kong employment regulations. On-the-job training and opportunities to develop floral design skills are provided, alongside career advancement prospects in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
