1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed. Prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) and are subject to change without notice.

2. Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm HKT. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

4. Product Variation

As flowers are natural products, slight variations in colour, size, and bloom stage may occur. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value.

5. Refund Policy

If your bouquet arrives with visible quality issues, please photograph the flowers and contact us within 2 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Claims beyond 2 hours cannot be accepted due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers.
